OLD BRIDGE, N.J. (3/26/07) — R.J. Brunelli & Co., Inc. has announced the promotion of Danielle Brunelli from sales associate to vice president of lifestyle leasing.

Ms. Brunelli, 25, began at the Old Bridge-based retail real estate brokerage in 1999 as a part-time salesperson while in college, and joined the firm on a full-time basis after graduating in 2002. In her role as vice president of lifestyle leasing, she focuses on the company’s “lifestyle” and “town center” developments, including The Village at Manalapan, The Village at Clifton, Washington Town Center, and Plainsboro Village—totaling 740,000 square feet of retail space.

In addition to her work on those New Jersey properties, Ms. Brunelli manages nine tenant representation accounts for the firm, including Sally Beauty Supply, Tuesday Morning, Massage Envy, Boston Gourmet Pizza, ULTA Cosmetics, Sonic, Go Wireless, and Clean and Green. Since joining the firm, she has completed deals with numerous national developers, including Federal Realty, Kimco, Developers Diversified, National Realty and Development, Sharbell Development, and Simon Properties.

Ms. Brunelli, who received her Real Estate License at age 18, holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Monmouth University. She later attended The Monmouth University Real Estate Institute, graduating in 2003 as one of the Institute’s first graduates. A resident of Milltown, N.J., she was recently listed in Real Estate New Jersey Magazine’s ‘30 Under 30’ profiles of the next generation of real estate professionals in the Garden State.
