OLD BRIDGE, N.J. (5/4/16) – R.J. Brunelli & Co., LLC today announced the recent completion of a series of leases that will introduce national retailers, automotive services, dental professionals and other services to sites in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

In its capacity as Dollar Tree’s exclusive real estate representative for all of New Jersey, the Old Bridge-based firm brokered leases that will bring the nation’s largest single-price-point retailer to locations in Greenbrook, Little Egg Harbor and Willingboro, with all three brokered by R.J. Brunelli President/Principal Danielle Brunelli.

Continuing its expansion in all areas of the state, the chain signed a lease for a 10,000-square-foot endcap location at Arthurs Plaza in Greenbrook. A July opening is expected at the 40,000-square-foot center in Somerset County, where Dollar Tree will join such tenants as Bonefish Grill and Leisure Fitness. In southern New Jersey, Dollar Tree signed a lease for a 10,191-square-foot inline space at Great Bay Plaza in Little Egg Harbor, where it will occupy a portion of a former Shop N Bag supermarket. The chain expects to open this September at the 52,000-square-foot Atlantic County center, located at the intersection of Mathistown Rd. and Center St. Elsewhere in southern New Jersey, Dollar Tree signed a deal for 12,000 square feet of inline space that was previously part of a former ShopRite store at Willingboro’s Kennedy Plaza. The store is expected to open this October at the 60,000-square-foot Burlington County center, which is located at the intersection of JFK Way and Levitt Pkwy.

As exclusive tenant representative for Sally Beauty, R.J. Brunelli completed deals for sites in Somerset and Hunterdon Counties. In Somerset, the international specialty retailer and distributor of professional beauty supplies is expected to open this August in a 1,959-square-foot-former Radio Shack space at the Blue Star Shopping Center on Route 22 in Watchung. The 419,000-square-foot center is anchored by Kohl’s, Toys R Us, ShopRite, Marshalls and Michaels. Further west in Hunterdon, a June opening is anticipated for Sally Beauty in a 1,600-square-foot-inline space at Walmart Plaza in Clinton. Located at the intersection of Routes 78 and 513, the 262,022-square-foot center is also anchored by ShopRite and TJ Maxx. Both deals were handled by Ms. Brunelli.

In its role as exclusive Northeast leasing representative for AAMCO, R.J. Brunelli brokered a lease for a 6,840 square-foot freestanding building at 10 Witmer Rd. in Lancaster, Penn. A local franchisee for the world’s largest chain of transmission specialists and leader in total car care expects to open the Lancaster shop in late-June. The deal was brokered by sales associate Patti Fiore, who serves as the firm’s AAMCO account manager.
