About Dawn
Dawn Pizzichillo is a commercial real estate sales and leasing specialist with more than a decade of experience serving clients throughout New Jersey. Since joining R.J. Brunelli & Co. in 2022, she has represented both tenants and landlords, helping businesses and property owners navigate site selection, leasing, sales and expansion opportunities.
Known for her energy, persistence and ability to build genuine relationships, Dawn takes a hands-on approach to every assignment. She works closely with her clients to understand their goals, evaluate locations and guide transactions from the earliest stages through closing—and, for growing retailers, all the way to grand opening.
Dawn has particular experience with retail, restaurant, café and service-oriented concepts. Her recent work includes helping Fro Yo Café grow its New Jersey presence through locations in Manalapan, Aberdeen and Seaview Square, while continuing to scout additional markets for the brand. Her active knowledge of New Jersey’s retail corridors, including markets throughout Monmouth and Ocean counties, enables her to connect clients with locations that offer the right combination of visibility, access, traffic and long-term potential.
A New York native who has called New Jersey home since 2004, Dawn entered real estate in 2013 after building a strong foundation in sales, marketing, banking and customer service. As a mother of three daughters, she brings determination, empathy and a deeply personal sense of responsibility to her work. For Dawn, a successful real estate assignment is more than a transaction—it is an opportunity to help a client’s vision become a reality.
