About Beth
Beth Sinacore is the Marketing Specialist at R.J. Brunelli & Co., where she supports the firm’s property marketing, digital presence and business-development efforts. Since joining the company in 2019, Beth has become an integral resource for its sales professionals, leadership team and day-to-day operations.
In her marketing role, Beth creates and maintains property brochures, aerial maps, site plans and other presentation materials used to promote R.J. Brunelli’s listings and tenant-representation assignments. She coordinates the firm’s property email campaigns and helps ensure that listing information remains accurate and current across the company website, CoStar, LoopNet and Crexi. She also manages property signage and prepares reports, tour books, committee packages and other customized materials for client presentations.
Beth joined R.J. Brunelli as an administrative assistant before advancing into the marketing specialist role in 2022. Her understanding of the firm’s internal operations enables her to coordinate closely with sales associates while balancing numerous projects, deadlines and property details. Her work helps give each assignment a consistent, professional presentation across print and digital channels.
Before joining R.J. Brunelli, Beth spent nearly nine years as an administrative and marketing assistant with LT Apparel Group’s French Toast division. In that position, she maintained customer and school databases, supported catalog and e-commerce initiatives, coordinated customized marketing materials and assisted with customer service, reporting and special projects. Her earlier experience also includes retail sales support and marketing work for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
Beth earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from American International College. She brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail and broad technical knowledge to her work, including experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe creative applications, email-marketing platforms, website maintenance and CRM systems.
