Nancy Mozzachio is a Senior Consulting Broker with R.J. Brunelli & Co., bringing more than 30 years of experience in retail real estate leasing, redevelopment, operations, and portfolio strategy.
Throughout her career, Nancy has represented landlords, developers, and investors across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Her experience includes senior leadership roles with American Continental Properties and Cedar Realty Trust, where she helped oversee leasing strategy for a portfolio that grew to 178 properties totaling approximately 20 million square feet.
Nancy is also the founder of Sine Qua Non Real Estate Advisors, which provides consulting services to retail and mixed use developers, property owners, investors, and municipalities. Through a strategic relationship between Sine Qua Non and R.J. Brunelli & Co., she provides clients with additional expertise in development planning, redevelopment, leasing strategy, municipal approvals, and property operations.
At R.J. Brunelli, Nancy is focused on expanding the firm’s landlord representation platform throughout Southern New Jersey and Pennsylvania while creating new opportunities for clients across the region.
Nancy is also the creator and host of The Mozzachio List Podcast, which highlights women leaders in commercial real estate and finance. She has been recognized as a CREi Top Influencer and as a Woman of Influence by NJBIZ and SouthJersey.com.
